Delivery times

• France: delivery within 5 business days.
• Europe: delivery within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
• Rest of the world: delivery within 10 to 12 business days.

For urgent orders, express delivery may be offered for an additional fee. The cost will be calculated at the time of your order or provided upon request.

As soon as your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you so that you can track your order in real time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your item is not suitable, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Policy

To be accepted, the returned item must:

• Must be new, unworn, and unused.
• Must be returned in its original packaging.
• Retain all tags, accessories, and any protective elements.
• Be in a condition that allows for resale.

Any product that has been worn, damaged, soiled, or is incomplete, or is returned without its original packaging, may be refused by our Quality Department.

Size exchange

Upon receipt and validation of the return, we will process a size exchange based on stock or production availability.

Return shipping costs

• France: free returns.
• European Union and international: return costs borne by the customer.

Sale items

Items purchased during promotions, sales, or special events are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Pre-order products

Models ordered via pre-order are manufactured specifically at the customer's request.

For this reason, pre-orders are non-refundable.

However, if the ordered size is unsuitable, a size exchange may be offered, provided the product is returned in accordance with the return conditions specified above and subject to stock or production availability.

In the event of a manufacturing defect confirmed and validated by our quality department, a suitable solution will be proposed (repair, exchange, or replacement).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 business days.

A refund will only be issued if the product meets all the return conditions specified above.
