How is delivery handled?

We deliver to the address of your choice (home, workplace, holiday location), in France as well as worldwide. Your order is processed as soon as it is confirmed, from Monday to Friday.

As a result, please note that no changes to the delivery address can be made after your order has been placed.
The average delivery time for orders within mainland France is 4 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
When ordering online, customers often expect fast delivery, which is why we do everything possible to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with shipping confirmation and your tracking number. You can then track your parcel at any time via the carrier’s website.
