Delivery, returns & exchanges
DELIVERY
At HIMBA Fashion, every order is prepared with the utmost care.
- France: delivery within 5 business days.
- Europe: delivery within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and city.
- Rest of the world: delivery within 10 to 12 business days.
For urgent orders, express delivery may be offered for an additional fee. The cost will be calculated at the time of ordering or provided upon request.
Once your package has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can track the delivery of your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or an exchange.
To be accepted, the article must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by its accessories and its protective film, where applicable.
Upon receipt and verification of your return, if the product meets our return conditions, we will proceed with a size exchange, subject to availability.
- Returns are free for orders shipped to France.
- For other countries, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A refund may be offered only if the product received has a lack of conformity validated by our quality department.
